Thank you for your reply. The tune from the link above is from 1986 and It does have the same vocal sample, but it's not the one I am after.

I would speculate the song Dimitri was playing is a remake that uses the original Dance - Appella sampes availbale on this 1986 record.

I spent a lot of time searching this tune for the last couple of days. I'm sure it exists, as Dimitri otherwise wouldn't be playing it, but might be under a different title. It sounds to me like 1989/1990 production with a funky and a chunky bassline. Thanks.
