Acid House / Warehouse - "Like a neutron bomb my voice is commanding"

[rob s.]

Acid house / warehouse / hip house track with a male MC sample: "Like a neutron bomb my voice is commanding / Rocking the crowd [people?] leave the buildings standing".

I'm sure it had a KLF / Technotronic / D-Mob feel to it, would be around 1990 most likely.
