Johnny Jungle- Flammable Remix???

Just browsing Spotify, came across this album of old snippets of old pirate radio ads from the 90s.

For this particular one, its advertising a rave and uses what sounds like Johnny Jungle Flammable but with vocals (can't make out what the vocals are saying, think its "Life and Euphoria". Is this a Flammable remix or another tune entirely? Any help grateful

The event is Life Utopia 'Adventures In The Land Of Music' - 16th October 1993. It's the original mix of Flammable with the addition of the Life Utopia jingle used in many of their event adverts.
