I've heard it on quite a few dj sy oldschool mixes the only lyrics i've picked up are "want to love want to *?* and i feel"

Yeah, its Bit Machine - Somebody Real, on Groove Groove Melody Records. Think it was late 1993 or mid 1994ish.
