I only own the Hope pressing - but I've always *assumed* that they are the same tracks - just because the lengths given on the Lakota one match my rips, and also because Hope was essentially a rebranding or continuation of Lakota.
It would be nice to get definitive confirmation though.

I've pretty much thought the same... and there are similar musical elements between the two.... but then thought 'what if' I'm missing out on a different track!
Not brave enough to take a punt on the lakota 12" without confirmation.
