This appeared in the background of a repeat of an Eastenders episode from November 2003 which was on yesterday, so must have been reasonably popular in the charts at the time (all the songs they use in the background are generally pulled from the Top 40), and I certainly remember it but I can't remember the name. Unfortunately it appears in the show for about 3 seconds before a character switches off the radio it's playing on, but hopefully the sample below is recognisable enough.

Have looked through UK dance charts from between 2002 and 2003 and can't find it. It sounds a bit like Basement Jaxx or something but I can't find anything in their discography that matches it. I've got memories of it appearing in the background of a few things, maybe TV ads.
Please help! Should be a really easy one to ID.
