90s tribally, chicago-y techno I own but can't remember the name

Please please help. I know I own this cos have memories of mixing it with beltram, so it shouldn't be super obscure, but the name has been eluding me for the past week and its driven me up the bend so much so that I've been going through records in every minute of spare time I have. My memory is so shot these days :D.82364

maybe this isn't so obvious after all. I thought it was but most mates I've asked don't know. also unsure if it's actually from the 90s or one of those modern 2010 revivals.
