Easy one; I even know the name.. I just can't verify it

The attached files are a clip (start and mid) from a northern ireland radio show called Wes' House. This tune was broadcast on Jan 18th, 1997 as the first track of the show, and the DJ called it:

Aerial - The NBP

I've no idea which is the artist and which is the track, or if the spelling is right, or if I heard it right, or it the DJ got it right.. It's a really hard thing to google but none of the hits seem to obviously be a tune

Any ideas if the above is right, which is the artist and where I can find more info?

Excellent, thanks! I just realised I ptobably should have put in a clip of the DJ saying what it was in case someone else's ears picked it up better than mine! Next time (and I've got a lot of em :) )
