It's a track from a raw and deeply eclectic mix by DJ Izrail on Chicago House Radio around year 2000. I think i got the mix from deephousepage.com initially, back in the day. It's a heavy track with an evil, unhinged vibe, wicked clonking drums, wicked bass, wicked lonely keys motif, all punctuated by nasty spinbacks and a girl sing/moaning what sounds like "Don't Lie" from the depths of a deep hole. I can assure you that even if you can't ID it, you'll agree it was worth your time.
