some Croatian singer from 1994, now listen to the intro of this track, thats fuckin the same tune as @ around the 33:45 mins stamp of your link.

Most likely they either sampled it from the tune yer after or there must be a twelve or TP out there with more dancefloor friendly mixes?!

However the video that someone has uploaded to youtube saying it is this track, is actually a different track called "Spread Yourself" by We Shape Space

As for the Croation guy - I think they've pulled a Massive Attack "Safe From Harm" where they have just lifted a whole unaltered chunk of someone else's track and laid they're own vocal over it.

So anyway there's a lot of mis-direction out there with this one, but, "Dig It Now" is what you want.
