1991(?) Euro Techno ID

Hi folks,
I found this random snippet of Euro(ish) Techno at the very end of a tape.
I'm not sure if it's one tune, or two that are mixed together.
I think it's from 1991 but could be 1 year before or after.

Interesting. Never heard this one before. It sounds like a mash-up of Gregory Dewindt/Asmodee Productions

Thanks very much ageofhouse! Awesome effort. That gives me something solid to work with.
The beggining of Zultan is also part of another unknown of mine on another random tape. Going to have to find that one now and see if there are more clues there.

One thing I forgot to mention in my original post is that at 00:48 there's a robotic voice that says "Replay". I'm wondering if this might indicate that this mashup is from a DJ remix service or a compilation called Replay. Sometimes the individual tracks aren't listed and linked from DJ remix services to the artists.
I'll get investigating. ;)
