Evl Queen - original Trance Track

I have heard this tune on a poorly recorded tape from a Radio show from RTR FM in Perth, sometime around 1993.
It's most definitely not any of the Shimmon and Woofson Remixes.
I have searched for years, unsuccessfully for this one, but no-one seems to know it.

Does anyone here know anything about this track??
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Yes- There is a soundtrack, and i am currently looking for that very tape i mentioned.(as soon as i do,- you will have it)
I have searched Discogs endlessly, and they don't list it.

Yes, i set as public, but apparently there is a waiting period for it to be seen.
I just started a new youtube account,and edited the link.
I can't see any way of attaching the Mp3 to my post directly, unless i am allowed to email it, which may be too big at 11.8 meg
