JFK - Here They Come Again [1992]
What track around '93 had a breakdown of celtic chanting, or harmonising, could never make out the words so I don't know if it was celtic language? Brought to mind Clannad (rather than Enya).
It had an upfront electric guitar in the mix I think, and some softer acoustic guitar loops but it was a pumping house affair. I think it's an easy one, I just never really liked it that much at the time but it's been popping into my head for the last week.
