Hard Trance (German / Italian) ID - DJ Lee Foster - 90s Hard Trance ID

Hi guys

Looking for some help on this 90s hard trance track, it was played by a DJ called Lee Foster who was a North East UK DJ

Its a track ive been hunting for a while - someone will know it im sure. Mediafire link below as file was too large to attach.

I had to convert it from a video off my phone so the audio is compressed but clear enough to identify for anyone who knows it.
