This is very familiar to me. I think it may be from earlier than '89 and\or may even sample an early\mid 80's track. Any idea's anyone...?

I think I have probably known what this was and forgotten (Especially as it's in the Soundtrack to Midnight Express).

What a fantastic record!! 1978 ..way ahead of it's time, I thought it was gonna be from 1983\4ish as it sounds like the Italo from around that period.
