90/91 tune with this samples "welcome to the nineteen ninetys"
then when teh tune drops in proper anotehr sample sounds liek its a bloke saying "i didnt know"

vague i know

tape is around somewhere il try n get a sample

doubt it since that track is 92 and im sure teh track in question is 90/91
