help with early 1990 tune
got a tape from shelleys early 1990 dj steve warner & dj unknown, theres a techno kinda tune on it with a male vocal repeating over and over "to be or not to be" "that is the question" (in a deep serious kinda voice) i know its not much to go on but..............i'm hoping someone will recognise it??

m8 your a star, the tapes just come out of the cupboard and that tune has been doing my head in, thank you very much...........just got to track down the vinyl now.
