i'd put money on this one being a STRICTLY RHYTHM release, not certain though

It's probably a SR release in 1990 or 1991 But who is behind this track??
It's my favourite, pleas help me to find it!!!!!

was thinking this was
VANDEL (The Laws of Chant Vol1) - Amazing Grace
on nu groove its not but is very similar
