Looking for an Id for a track I haven't heard in years. Its a deep funky house track, released between '93 and '95 played by Mr. C back in the day if my memory is correct.

The track has a distinctive spoken vocal sample of "sisters learn, brothers learn" followed by something along the lines of "if you ain't funky now".
