Need ID of this amazing uplifting track

Recorded it from the local radio station, in june 2004.

i assume its from the UK.

No vinyl record shop where i live; so its up to you guys!

I recognise this track, as I heard it on a broadcast from Cafe mambo in Ibiza 2001. The rhythm and melody of the tune is taken from Laurent garnier-Man with the red face, although it is not this. I know its not much to go on, but I hope it helps. Cheers Ed

Thanks for trying Ed, i'd never thought to have a 'tough to id' one(well its my first posting for it)...I find it quite weird that such a tune went by unotticed, its the kind of house music thats really to my taste.
