Yeah, i agree with PtheDJ, I'm 100% sure it's Mint Royale behind this.

hey all - just to let u know the one off the advert is
Mint Royale - Singing in the Rain
& its out in may/june some time. Mint Royale released a single called Wait For You on 12" and download this week and it had a remix called Waiting in the Rain in the package as well.

This track has some of the backing music from the singing in the rain tune but none of the sample & instead has the vocals from Wait For You. Kind of a taster until the proper one comes out.
