Hey everyone, I'd love some help identifying a track!

The first 10 minutes of Ron Morelli on Beats In Space #725 is my absolute happy place:

He describes the track as something from a white label from the 90s, but otherwise doesn't identify the track or artist. Can anyone help me identify it? Or, help me identify something similar? I'm looking for this kind of really syrupy ambient trance
