Default registration process

Is it possible to have a question to answer during the registration process to stop foreign spammers. For example, before being able to make their first post members could have to answer a simple question to verify they are human and can speak english.

I already mentioned this to Butty if he ever will read his mail..

its very simple to block everyone registering like Xmnhgsjsj or even better, only registering with approval by the Mods here .. this sucks donkey balls.

Every fuckin day I ban and delete 50 + of these cunts and their posts ..

I've only joined recently but the spam in here is getting very annoying. I've already had to bump my thread up to stop it getting lost amongst the dross.
