Default Song with Car Klaxons (1984)

Hello friends. In 1984 my father had cassette with several songs from one artist. There was singing by woman, and there was too many klaxons of cars! Beautiful very popular song. My father can not return the cassette back. So, I am looking for the artist now.
Can somebody help?

It is Synth Pop, the most closely I hear style like "Beverly Hills Cop Main Theme". It have present mixes or remixes I heard two years ago. Popularity rang is like "Digital Emotion", "Frankie Goes To Hollywood", "Newcleus"
I remember the time of electronic style by Frankie, the same time for this tune which I am looking for. Please help me, it is important for me.
