what that song (not the beat, but the music)
I take it from "Animal House - Pyjamas Party Vol.1"

I do remember hear-it in 84-86.
And was mixed many times with the speach intro of "16 Bit - Where Are You".
and also with the same intro as "Cappella - Helyom Halib"

So finally i just mess up with the intro of Cappella
(sample)
... so i still looking for that unknown 84-87 song. that sample was many time mixed with the intro of16 Bit's song.

Cappella also sampled the pella.. Steinski & The Mass Media - Let's Play It Cool. maybe its a vocal from that 12" looped over??
