The vocal on pumpin.wav is Dupree - Brass Disk
The sample is either a mix of Brass Disk or the pella over another tune. Sounds to me more like a mix.

Have you tried the Discogs track id forum yet (http://e.discogs.com/forums/board?forum_id=9)? Of course tuneID rules when it comes to old school ids, but it can never hurt to try the number 2 spot as well
