Clarkee - Kinetic 1995, Track ID please

Hi everyone, I wasn't sure whether to post this in the Hardcore or Techno category, but can anyone ID the following track for me? It's from Clarkee at Club Kinetic v Dance Concept, 1995, and the track is the first track on the clip. It's then followed by "You better run", which is Clarkee's last track from his set. Apologies for the YouTube link, but it's the very first track I'm after, so no need to skip through loads of the clip.
