    It was originally released on a white label with Gavin using his "Cloud 9" alias in 1992.

    It was later remixed by him and released on Reinforced in 1993 on that 'Return Of Nookie' release you've posted above.

    It was commonly referred to as 'The Sound Of Music' because of its lyrics "you'll hear the sound of music" and this title is used on his album of the same name in 1995 for some reason:

    I think the 1993 version is more widely known and probably more popular, although the original version is still quite good and was played out a fair bit, late 1992.
