Does anyone recognize this melody?

Hey everyone,

Does anyone recognize the melody from this ID? I heard a record on the internet last year that had the same melody as this ID, and it was from the early 90s, but then I lost track of it and I can't remember what the name of the record was now!

If I could know what the original record was that had the same melody, that could be a really big clue in finding the name of this ID, which is probably a remix or remake.

Now with regards to the actual id of the tune posted, last night I was thinking something like Rozzo on Bush records.

Immediately as I played it again tonight I would place my bet on Out on a Limb records. Chris Cowey related work.
