91-92 Progressive House/Trance tune

Can anyone ID this tune from 1991 - 1992?

I'm no expert when it comes to electronic music genres, but my first impression is Progressive House.

It was recorded from RTR FM in Perth, Western Australia in the early 90's. RTR had an excellent afternoon Rave segment and I recorded plenty of good House/Techno tracks.

Maxtron, a Discogs member, was looking for the same track.
