Is this off a Top Buzz tape? Sounds familiar but can't place it right now..........

it was on an unknown mix tape i found dont know who mixed it but there was tunes from 1990 and 1991 on there.

I would love to get me hands on this tape mix... I used to have it and this was the first tune on there.
Others include that bootleg version of t99 s anastasia,all the children go to heaven , and notably that excellent version of shamen - hyperreal.
My mate swears its Donavan Bad Boy Smith or Dave Angel@ Rapido 1990/1
