Prog house track circa 1993

Hi have a tape with a house track from 1993 maybe 1994...
no clip im afarid...it is a four on four with claps driving along to a standard bassline with a wispy piano riff in some of the tune..and a cry noise...but main sample in the track is......
" i am the creator am the creator am the creator ...i am the creator am the creator am the creator.."..repeated

its none of the usual suspects using the sample from in the begingin there was jack...

anyone know it?

This tune is on the same tape!!
It's another 20 year one!!
It's not the usual Dj creator creator!
Would be AGAIN eternally grateful for this one!!

I was thinking of this tune which although says creator, it's well off the mark. Sorry.
