ID needed, Poss Byron Stingily but sounds older

Hey guys i was working on my Flat yesterday eve, Had my Girlfriends Dad's Ifone with the Internet Radio on, (Some Random 80's & 90's House music) And this beast came on, I didnt know what to do as i wanted to record the sound and i had nothing on me to do this, Plus the Ifone didnt say what it was.

So while i was buzzing my head off to this i managed to dig out my Camera (It has a video recording option) and recorded visually the Flat Floor while the recording speaker was against the speaker on the Ifone playing the tune lol lol.

Was proper happy to get a clip of this, I can only think its something like Byron Stingily but older but its a wicked tune, it made my day,

Would make my year to find an ID so ill up a clip if thats ok for you guys to rattle your heads.
