Early 90's Breakbeat XL Recordings

Hi, wonder if anyone can help.
An early 90's Breakbeat possibly on XL thats got a stabby synth build up on breaks then breaks down into swishy bleepy sound, woman wailing "oooh oooh ooh" & a fella asking "Do you know what time it is?"

If this is tooo much of a long shot I can play the riff to jog a few mems & upload,
