Two Electro Tunes - Please Help

Hello everybody.

There I have two tunes. Both sounds like old (not from 80’) electro tracks. I really need your help, and I will be very grateful for any names, clues, e.t.c.

PS In first sample, using voices like in some Deep Forest tracks... but this tune much faster than DF tracks.
