italian piano???

heard a tune on an italian mix, its a big piano tune early 90's. some of the lyrics are "you know how to love me, baby make love tonight, i need you so bad baby" then "jump jump jump" then as a different piano comes in there is a woman sayin "yeah" then a guy sayin "get busy". appreciate it if anyone can ID it for me!
