I was so frustrated about nobody being able to ID the 1991_1 sample that heard the song carefully. They say "Hallo" and "Hörst du mich" (which means 'can you hear me' in German). I browsed the net and looked at the Discogs database and found the following match (the dates 90-91 and style sort of match as well):

Has anybody a sample of this tune to see if it really matches?
