I am fairly certain that this is Sun Rising (a dub mix or instrumental) by The Beloved.

I have got some limited picture disc promo of the Sun Rising bought many moons ago. I am sure that song/mix is on that as there was definitely a dub or instrumental type of mix on the b-side. Unfortunately, it is sitting 400 miles away at me mom and dad's gathering dust in an attic. The joys of a lack of space in London.
I won't be able to check it out until I am next up in Glasgow.
I shall try and remember to dig it out and have a look when I am next up there.
