No it's not orbital. I found one on discogs called doctor rush but I can't find any sound clips of it? Not sure what that is. The one I heard sounded almost like basement records or early formation...
Does anyone remember a tune back in 92 that sampled the doctor who theme. It was a breakbeat tune, sounded almost like keV bird & wax doctor or a basement tune but I don't think it was. Only heard it...
