I tried uploading the clip from my phone because I had to record it from my cassette player ( yes, its that old! ) and it said I had to something attach it directly to the file

Can someone out there please help? It's an old school Steve Masters Modern Mix Track. I have it on my phone, just need a little help getting it on here. Thanks everybody!!
