The vocal is from Stand Up by Love Tribe. The problem with that is that the acapella is available and used in a fair few other tracks, so anyone could use it. But yes, it also samples Tod Terry's Jumpin' (later called Keep On Jumpin'), which in itself sampled an old 70's disco hit for that orchestral riff.
