Default Progressive house 1996

Hi guys,

Can you help with this progressive house track from (most likely) 1996?

There is a vocal at the beginning saying "Feel it in you" and then from 0:42 it starts going like "the beat, the beat, the beat just goes". The vocals are very similar to "Perry & Rhodan - The Beat Just Goes Straight On & On" but I don't suspect this one to be a remix of that song... I could be wrong though.

Any help is appreciated!

Am I correctly assuming the style to be progressive house? Any help is appreciated.
