you will find that that is actually the opening to sex on the streets laid over another track
the acoustic guitar breakdown is from the MOTHER REMIX of GOD WITHIN by THE PHOENIX
The same acoustic breakdown was used in LOS PUERBOS by THE TWO AMIGOS
which in turn is actually lifted from an ELO track!

Thanks for the help. Still haven't been able to find the exact track but at least I know where that riff came from now.
