been after an ID of the tune at 28:12 mins of this here Spiral Tribe mixtape for nearly 2 decades now.. it's the tune after Paul Birken - Speaker Freak, with just an amen break, kick drum and double tempo bassline..

pretty sure it's a techno or acid record on 45 rpm, seeing as most of the other stuff on this tape are Cluster and Communique records on 45rpm..
