Help needed with a tack ID from Easygroove - Perception Summer Celebration 1991

I'd be really grateful if somebody could please help me with a track I.D.
The track that I have been trying to I.D is on
Easygroove - Perception - Summer Celebration - 1991 set and it's on Youtube.
The track starts at around 11mins 37 seconds. And it has the frequent lyric sample of what sounds like "Energy" ..
