90s: Freddy Krueger / Nightmare / "I Am Eternal"

Hi,

there was a tune in the early 90's with the vocal "I Am Eternal" from Freddy Krueger:

I'm not sure if Hardcore or Breakbeat. Thought it was Holy Noise or Hocus Pocus but it's not in there :(

Any ideas?
