Unknown Tune from DJ Moggy tape

Hi all,
im trying to identify an old tune from a moggy tape i heard on you tube the tune kicks in around about 28 mins on the B side of this top tape, the tune has like a warm pad sound to it : DJ MOGGY Old-Skool Tape - B side. - YouTube
