"The atmosphere that surrounds me" track from '92

I've got this track from a 1992 Kenny Ken mixtape. It has cool baritone synths that sound like cheesy super nintendo organ music, breakbeats, and chipmunk vocals repeating "the atmosphere that surrounds me"

I uploaded a quick cut of it below. If anyone could tell me what the name of it is that'd be awesome! Oh, and I already recognize 'Jungle Muffin' by the Moog that's mixed in toward the end of the clip. So anyway...check it out!
