Please help with this ID(sorry no sample)

I've being racking my brain as to what a track that I have stuck in my head from a tape I had back in 89-90
It began with a tambourine and a women saying 'ya ready'the crowd then say's 'yeeeaah','oohh 1,2 a 1,2,3,4'then the beat comes in which is a classic break.On the same tape ar such things as
Chuck Chillout & Kool Chip - I'm Large
King Sun - On A Club Tip
[ ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATFULLY ACCEPTED

hi , it sounds like a track called HOOK & SLING by EDDIE BO from 1969 , it's quite a common break/sample , you should be able to pick it up quite easy
