this is 1992 funky house (!), mix-mash of samples including 'I wanna Funk' and the guitar riff Tone Loc utilised on 'On Fire'.
If it helps pin point the era, the track before it on the mix I have is London Sound - Ha, the one after is Ben Dover - Get Down Tonight
